What are my options if I run out of characters?

It may happen that you spend all remaining characters before the expiration date of your current licence. In this case, you can simply purchase a new licence and thus override the existing licence. You can also upgrade your current plan and pay only the difference, in which case the expiration date remains the same.

How many characters do I have left?

The number of characters remaining is displayed when you move the mouse over the circle icon that appears in the menu. When the icon turns yellow, you are advised to pay attention to how many characters are left. When the icon turns red, there are not many characters left.

How are characters deducted from my account?

Each time you press the Improve button, the number of characters sent for improvement is deducted from your account. The number is displayed in the bottom right corner of the window with your original text.

What payment methods are available?

We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, and direct debit (SEPA). Plans invoiced annually can also be paid by bank transfer. All payments are in euros (€).

InstaText is available through different plans: Starter, Standard, and Professional. The plans are usage based, i.e. how many characters you need for text improvements.
