Export and sharing features

InstaText lets you export improved text as a Word file—either clean or with Track Changes—and share the improved text directly via a link. These functionalities are crafted to save time, improve clarity, and support effective collaboration.

Export and sharing features

With InstaText, sharing and exporting your improved texts has never been easier. Whether you’re collaborating with colleagues or saving your work for future use, these features are designed to help you make the most of your writing experience.

Export improved text to Word

Need your improved text in a Word document? InstaText makes it simple. With just one click, you can download your edited content as a Word file:

  • Plain text (.DOCX): Save a clean version of your improved text, ready for immediate use.
  • Track Changes (.DOCX): Download a version with all edits highlighted, making it easy to review and adjust as needed in Microsoft Word.

These options are perfect for when you need flexibility—whether you’re submitting a professional report, collaborating on a document, or revising an academic paper.

💡 Tip: Use the “Track Changes” version to keep collaborators or reviewers in the loop, showing exactly how your text was improved.

“I am a translator and proofreader by profession and have tried many editing tools. It’s not an exaggeration to say that all the other apps I’ve used so far don’t come close to InstaText. It is literally innovative and revolutionary and has taken the editing game to a new level, leaving other competitors in the dust.”

— Dr. Ghodrat Hassani, Researcher in Translation Studies

Share improved text with a link

Collaboration and feedback are essential parts of the writing process, and InstaText makes it easier to involve others. By generating a shareable link, you can let colleagues, students, or collaborators see your improvements:

  1. Generate a shareable link: Click the “Download or share” icon and select “Create link.”
  2. Share the link: Send it to your intended recipients—perfect for peer feedback, mentoring, or collaborative projects.
  3. Retain full control: You can delete the link at any time, and links expire automatically after 30 days to ensure security.

💡 Tip: Sharing a link is especially useful in educational contexts, where showing how edits were made can be a powerful learning tool. For instance, mentors can provide feedback on writing improvements or suggest further adjustments.

Once the link is created, any new edits you make won’t be shared.

Only the author of the text can delete the shared link. Every link automatically expires after 30 days and the content is deleted.

How to use the export and sharing features

In the InstaText editor, find the Download or Share button in the bottom-right corner of the right canvas.

To export your improved text to Word, download it as a Word file. Click the button and choose:

  • Download as Word: Save your improved text as a clean Word document.
  • Download as Word with Track Changes: Save a version with all edits marked for review in Word.

To share your improved text, click the Create link button to generate a link. Share this link with colleagues, students, or collaborators, allowing them to view the improvements you’ve made.

Why these features matter

  • Save time: Quickly export polished texts or share them without additional formatting steps.
  • Enhance collaboration: Sharing edits in real-time fosters better teamwork and smoother workflows.
  • Ensure clarity: Exporting with Track Changes helps reviewers see exactly how the text has improved, reducing confusion.

By combining flexibility and ease of use, InstaText’s export and sharing features empower you to take your writing to the next level—whether you’re working solo or collaborating with others.

“Last year our faculty ordered a full-year license for all staff, and after one year we find that the number of high-quality articles has doubled and the volume of all articles has increased. Without exception, all staff members are very enthusiastic about the application and can no longer imagine doing scientific work without it…”

— Dr. Matej Dolenec, University Professor

“I absolutely recommend InstaText to all academic writers who have to publish their work in English and would like to have their work accepted and not rejected just because the language is not up to the standards demanded by the journal.”

— Dr. Karmen Pižorn, Professor of English Education

“Writing documentation has always been a difficulty for me, even though I have been told that my English is not bad. I bought InstaText last week and I have to admit I was blown away by the performance of the tool. I was used to using Grammarly as an English enhancer. Without gushing, your product is far better.”
